The TWO vibration is the first point of duality in the Noumenal Order. It is also the number of balance, intuition and beauty. We find the Two energy can encompass both utter double-faced bitchery (such as we see in political animals) and a delicate appreciation of all that is subtle and fine, all in the same breath.
The psychology of the Two is one of schizophrenia, in-as-much as the individual has a tendency to feel displaced within themselves, and constantly on uncertain ground. This “oscillating” is like a generator that creates the driving force inside the Two, but also a sense of stress and neurosis. The perception and pursuit of beauty stabilise this energy.
Its opposite is the Eight, and so we will often find Two's draw to money, business and also persons of great and noble natures. Its position in the Noumenal Matrix connects the numbers of Creativity to the Emotional Plane, and thus has an important role in the way of Balance.
Children vibrating to the Two are lovely Souls. They often are wide eyed and will gaze at things with wonder, listening to tales and stories with such intensity that they often begin to live in another world. Then without notice they can snap back and become hugely practical, with feet planted firmly on the ground.
Two is the first number of duality, and people under this energy often seem to be able to flip to opposite viewpoints, without any apparent contradiction inside themselves. Women work well with the Two vibration, and, as with all the even numbers, the Two has a feminine energy.
Ladies with this energy usually exhibit tremendous intuition, and are often involved with helping with the Arts in some manner. Also, as having strong intuition tends to lead a soul to separation from the hustle and bustle of life, we often see quite a few Two's in the Holy Orders.
Even though Two's have a great need for affection, they will often choose to be celibate because of the difficulty in dealing with, and balancing, the energies of their partner. Some are fortunate and find that special Soul, but most languish in poor marriages, not wanting to leave because it might hurt their partner.
There is a darker side to the feminine aspect of the Two, of course, and this is the plotting, manipulating creature who lives in a world of gossip and petty pay-back politics. This unpleasant type is characterised by the uplifted outer edges to their eyes, and their sharp tongues.
Interestingly enough, all the varied numbers have specific facial and structural identities, as well as an affinity to the twelve basic mineral types that form the human body. For example: Calcium vibrates to a similar frequency as the Two. This is not mere chance, but merely another reflection of how the Noumenal Order is vibrating throughout all the universes, creating a specific pattern by which matter takes shape.
The Male Two is often found in the corridors of power, not because they want power personally, but because the constant juggling and balancing of politics fascinates them. Many become leading bureaucrats, but rarely those upfront who deal with the public. The negative Two often tends to seek out secrecy and intrigue, which appeals to the sense of duality as well as the sense of beauty, yet many times it is the nature of these same Two’s to change sides, giving away all the secrets because their courage failed them. In other words, a double agent!
Double mindedness destroys the Two person, and could be considered their worst enemy. “The double minded man is unstable in all his ways” is a quote from the Bible. Many philosophers vibrate to this energy, and the ensuing struggle to resolve paradoxes is a common theme with this type of mystic.
Curiously the Two has an oddly male homosexual energy to it, though rarely do we find homosexuals vibrating to this energy. Normally this field is connected with the Four, but the emotional intensity of the Two, as well as the fragility of its nature, does attract the Gay male.
We will find a many poets tuning into the Two vibration, and mystics seek it as well, to the point of converting their natural energy to that of the Two in order to more fully experience this. We can, in fact, alter the energy vibrations about us, but be warned that this can often cause more problems than it solves. It is wise to see a good Numerologist first.
The Two is a very odd vibration, for while it is inherently unstable and is constantly seeking balance, this uncertainty can become a curious pleasure for it.
Dedication to an ideal is the easiest way to create balance with any frequency, but with the remarkable adaptability of the Two energy we find Two's inventing all sorts of wild and wonderful ways to keep themselves together. A truly interesting number to observe, for it so often involves both the highest ideals with the lowest morality in a single person!
The prevalent lessons for the Two are always around developing emotional and mental balance, and in the process learning the art of right discrimination. It is important for Two’s to observe and connect with the seasons of life.
From the solitary One, which is drawn into the Two in a somewhat disharmonious relationship we find the resolution of both in the number Three. This is because of the Ancient LAW of THREE's that states "From One unto Two, whence a Third must appear." In other words the nature of life is that when there is Two, they will get together and make a third.
