Who Understands the Poets?
This Trine can be quite tricky. You have a poet inside you that even you won’t necessarily understand. You may find yourself drawn to causes, and do a thousand things that other people will say is insane, a waste of time, and proof that you are crazy … But something inside compels you to act.
Emotional impact is the desired goal with you, and very often you will achieve just this. A career on the stage or a position where you can unleash your emotional energies may be an ideal path for you.
The force of the Trine is quite strong and may cause introversion and many subsequent health reactions if you cannot externalize your energy, so acting is a good outlet here. Of course, all the world is a stage, so you can act wherever you choose! Do you Act Out or Act Up? That is the question.
So often, though, you will just want to curl up in your room and write beautiful things, and think beautiful thoughts ... You may even find the sadness and loneliness of life something of a blanket to lie under. It is called “Living in the Minor Key” and though it is a nice dream you will be shaken out of this by the force of external circumstances.
Often this sharp pain of awakening comes through relationship issues, where your insecurity is brought to the fore and exposed. It can be quite excruciating.
The classical pattern at work here is one where life lessons must come through hard knocks. Of itself this is not unusual, but here you really feel the rough and tumble. Can you survive emotionally with that pure heart still wanting to sing beautiful songs?
It may appear to your friends that you actively pursue trouble. Karma just seems to reach out and say “Yes yes yes!” in your life. You can take the knocks on the chin or seek to cloister yourself in some protected environment. Insulation won’t solve the inner doubts and insecurities, however. These will still plague you.
Though some will say life never gives more than we can take. I say that if you walk in front of a moving train, you will probably die! People with this Trine must learn to allow their lessons to come to them, and not pursue difficulty.
There is a tendency here to either try and deal with too much, or to seek to avoid reality at all costs. Patience is the cure for both extremes, and for you, it is the greatest of all virtues.
Acceptance is a big lesson here, but not the major one. Acceptance of self is really a statement that reads “I am worthy” but the real issue for you is Focus. Problems often multiply in your life simple because you cannot focus on what your priorities are, let alone the best way to achieve anything but your immediate needs.
The gathering of your attention will also subdue your more extravagant whims and tendencies, both making your road easier and allowing others to believe in you more easily. This is last bit is very important.
You will probably need the help of friends to get through this cycle. Focus will bring you both clarity and freedom. The best way to achieve this Focus is to practice doing one thing at a time. It is the “One Step at a Time” attitude that will clear the mind and emotions of clutter, allowing you to get on with the things at hand.
Who understands the Poets? Give it time, and ‘you’ will. When you do, your vision will be splendid. Imagine that you are looking from a room set high in a castle … You are the ruler of all you survey.
Now imagine that your thoughts and emotions are really the peasants and underlings that obey your commands. YOU are in charge of your mind; YOU rule your emotions. Are you willing to work with you to build a new kingdom? You are a prince waiting to inherit the throne of your Heart, and it is simply a matter of you proving your ability to govern.
