The Oracle

The 2-4-8 Trine: The Seed must break through its Prison of Earth to Grow.

The Power of Growth is highlighted with this Aspect coming up.

Yet a seed must break first through its own shell before it can sprout,  and then it must break through the barrier of earth to reach the light.

You may be offered an opportunity to grow in a stable,  controlled environment.

This may mean a long term job with a company,  but there is also a religious connection with this Trine.

It is time to explore the new - you may be breaking free of the past.

The 2-4-8 Trine:

Seed must break through its Prison of Earth to Grow.

The Power of Growth is highlighted with this Aspect coming up. Yet a seed must break first through its own shell before it can sprout, and then it must break through the barrier of earth to reach the light.

There is an incredible power in the first sprout. I have seen a potato shoot push aside a large clod of earth in order to grow. You may be offered an opportunity to grow in a stable, controlled environment. This may mean a long term job with a company, but there is also a religious connection with this Trine. In this instance, this Aspect may be connected to growing spiritually, individually, in your teaching or with your church.

In whatever you do, you need to put yourself in a position where you are willing to grow. This means setting aside the thoughts of how you look and what others may think. If you can do this, the power of growth will start to flow through you, and apparently insurmountable obstacles will be pushed aside.

In the higher aspect this is a highly stable Trine, but sometimes too much stability can cause us to want to throw caution to the wind and become foolhardy. Emotional stability is highlighted here. You may have a remarkable ability to perceive a situation clearly, but without judgment. In time this matures and the Soul learns to sense what the "base line" of a person's actions might be (both negative and positive) and thus know how best to deal with that Soul.

This is a good survival trait.

A Law to remember is the Law of Survival: The person who survives best is the one who best lets thing go, but who also mentally and emotionally leaves room for something better to come along.

You may discover in this cycle an ability to almost instinctively know where people are coming  from. This can be very useful but it can also give you an inflated sense of superiority, to the point of arrogance. More to the point, you may develop a sort of bluntness that defies another's sensibilities, and in many cases, you may be considered rude. It is rarely intended this way, but when you forget your social niceties, it can certainly LOOK this way.

The rule is simple, if you feel you simply must speak out, don’t. That impulse is a sure sign you would probably do best to say nothing.

Many with this Aspect are in a period where their heart is easily hurt, and you will very much need a secure partner in whom you can trust, or become a hermit for a while. However, those with this Trine tend not to retreat, but lash out mercilessly when someone crosses the path between themselves and their loved ones or career.

It should be remembered that discretion can be the greater part of valour.

The negative aspect holds a strong Karmic intensity. This can be the most trying of Trines, with confusion, pain, and a sense of neglect coming to the fore. It is not uncommon for orphans (or those who feel like they are orphans) to have this aspect come up.

Those suffering the Negative aspect will want to attack society or (with a slightly more positive energy) find noble causes to support. However impossible this may seem to you, the inequity you feel comes from within. All you are seeing is an aspect of your own consciousness.

This is the LAW for this Trine.

Recognising yourself in external situations, especially the negative ones, is a hard thing to do, but in this cycle, you have the change or opportunity to do just this. “Oh, what gift the giver would give us, to see ourselves as others see us!” The Poet Robbie Burns is talking about YOU!

Silence is an important lesson here, and the ability to still the mind and emotions. Give yourself time to grow, and you will be surprised at how much you will change. Considering that you are already absolutely right, you may find it difficult to imagine how anything can change… But it does.

Seek to avoid the use of absolute statements in your words, and be careful about judgements about others. Most importantly, allow others the room to breathe and all will work out fine.

You may find yourself strongly attracted to people who are intuitive and gregarious.

This Trine indicates that such a person is on the horizon, for business or personal reasons, or both!

Your Motto is: Live and let Live.
